Placement Test : Everyone takes a test before starting a course to determine their level. This allows us to organise groups of the same ability.

Evaluation Test : At the end of each module, learners may test their knowledge with the Bright Evolution Test (on computer) and receive an assessment report.

Certificate : A certificate is delivered at the end of the course, if it were followed regulary

Payment : Cash at reception or by invoice.

Intensive courses

Missed lessons cannot be refunded or substituted. If a participant discontinues his/her course, for whatever reason, the price will be calculated pro rata of the started week. In case of only one student attending, the 2 group hours will be reduced to 1 private hour

Evening group lessons & Au pair girls

Missed lessons cannot be refunded or substituted. If a participant discontinues his/her course, for whatever reason, the course must be paid in full. If there is only one student attending, the number of courses will be reduced from 18 to 14.

Private lessons

Lessons may be taken within one year of enrolment. A lesson may be cancelled or postponed without loss of credit, providing that the school is informed before 18:00 the day preceding the scheduled lesson (on Friday for lessons on Monday) Once a course has begun, it must be paid in full. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, a participant has to discontinue the course they may transfer the lessons to a third person or request an extension. Cancellations and timetable changes may only be accepted for the entire private lesson group.
